New to Grow
My journey to becoming a mental health professional started with a deep curiosity about how the mind and body work together, and a passion for holistic approaches that support emotional well-being. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of clinical settings—including outpatient mental health clinics, hospitals, and private practice—which has given me a broad perspective on mental health care. I’m committed to helping clients reach their goals in a way that feels practical, sustainable, and aligned with their overall health and personal growth.
Your first session is a time to get to know each other and build a safe, supportive space. We’ll explore your goals for therapy, review important background information, and start to create a plan that feels right for you. The focus is on listening, understanding, and helping you feel comfortable as you begin your journey.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and somatic approaches that help clients regulate their nervous system and reconnect with their body. My clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and leave with greater self-understanding, improved emotional balance, and practical tools to navigate stress and anxiety. By combining mind-body awareness with evidence-based strategies, I help clients create lasting change, feel safer in themselves, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
I work best with individuals (adolescents, young adults, adults) navigating trauma, anxiety, or burnout who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. This work is a good fit for those who are ready to deepen their self-understanding, explore how past experiences may be impacting their present, and actively engage in making meaningful, lasting change. I incorporate a combination of attachment-based, somatic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches through a strengths-based lens to help clients connect with both their mind and body, regulate their nervous system, and build a greater sense of safety, balance, and empowerment in daily life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns in their thinking that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck. Through this process, we work together to develop more balanced and compassionate perspectives, while also integrating body-based techniques to support deeper, lasting change.
Attachment-based
I utilize attachment-based therapy to help clients explore how early relational experiences may be influencing current patterns in connection, trust, and emotional regulation. Through this work, we focus on creating a greater sense of safety, both within yourself and in your relationships.
Somatic
I integrate somatic modalities to support clients in understanding how their nervous system responds to stress and past experiences. Together, we work to build awareness, increase regulation, and create a greater sense of safety and stability within the body.
