New to Grow
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale—where you don’t have to have everything figured out, and where you can show up exactly as you are. I know that life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, or intense emotions, and I’m passionate about helping clients feel supported as they work toward healing. Through evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, and CPT, I help adults make sense of their experiences, strengthen their coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to the life you want to live.
The first session is usually a chance for us to begin getting to know one another. I’ll ask questions about what’s been going on in your life, what you’re hoping for from therapy, and other parts of your history that may help me better understand your experiences. I typically complete a comprehensive psychosocial assessment during this session, which simply means I’m gathering a full picture of your emotional, relational, and personal background so I can support you in a way that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs.
Providing CBT, DBT, and CPT has strengthened my ability to offer structured, evidence-based care while helping clients build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. These approaches have deepened my skills in case conceptualization, trauma-informed treatment, emotional regulation work, and goal-oriented therapy.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, or intense emotions, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help adults better understand their experiences, develop practical coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. Using approaches like DBT, CBT, and CPT, I support clients in feeling more grounded, hopeful, and empowered as they move forward.
