Your very first session with me will be AMAZING! Yes, I said AMAZING! I believe all things are possible no matter how hard life may be for you right now. I will inform you that I am a very bubbly/positive provider. I will challenge you. I will not tell you what you want to hear. I promise to always be honest. I am ready!
My greatest strength as a provider is I am an individual who is transparent and doesn’t mind relating on a personal level. I understand that at any given moment, life can change for any of us. Because of that, I take every individual's mental health challenge important
I treat clients across the lifespan, children and adults, who suffer from mental illness, with the goal of reducing healthcare disparities. I believe in high quality of care, not quantity of care. An authentic approach is used, which is very important when it comes to individualized care, as every patient’s mental health challenge is different.

Dr. Dr. Smith was extremely informative & attentive. She took the time to truly listen and made sure she had a thorough understanding of everything that was shared. This was an excellent first visit, and I left feeling heard, comfortable, and optimistic about the process moving forward. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next session.

I appreciate that she kept me from waddling in my emotions. She made me feel as if I can get better if I put in the work and stop looking for a pity party. We're all going through it's how we go through that counts and it's ok to ask for help.
