You look like you have it together—but inside, your relationship feels strained, communication breaks down, or anxiety and overthinking take over. Whether you’re a couple stuck in the same arguments, a teen struggling emotionally, or an adult feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure this out alone. I provide therapy in Texas and Colorado for couples, teens, and adults who want real, lasting change. I specialize in “couples therapy,” “teen counseling,” and “therapy for anxiety and relationship issues,” helping clients improve communication, manage emotions, and break unhealthy patterns.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Therapy is active and goal-oriented. You won’t just talk—you’ll learn how to respond differently to stress, conflict, and difficult emotions so you can feel more in control and confident in your relationships. If you’re searching for couples therapy, teen counseling, or therapy for anxiety and relationship issues, this is a place to start.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With nearly a decade of experience, I offer practical, goal-oriented support—not just talk. Together, we’ll work to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships so you can feel more in control of your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone ready to better understand themselves and create real change. They often struggle with trauma, emotional intensity, and repeated relationship patterns rooted in attachment wounds. They’re open to both insight and structure—learning practical skills through DBT and CBT while exploring the deeper “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Ultimately, they want to regulate their emotions, build healthier relationships, and break cycles that no longer serve them.

My treatment methods

Couples Counseling

I have worked with couples for various years and implement EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples. It is a structured, evidence-based approach to relationship therapy that focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and attachment between partners. Additionally, I also include additional eclectic strategies that reinforce the sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, structured psychotherapy that helps you identify and change negative thought patterns that lead to harmful behaviors and difficult emotions. I help clients identify negative thoughts and beliefs in hopes of utilizing strategies and interventions that will lead to cognitive restructuring.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help people build practical skills for handling intense emotions, improving relationships, and making more balanced decisions. DBT focuses on four core areas: mindfulness (staying present), distress tolerance (getting through difficult moments without making things worse), emotion regulation (understanding and managing feelings), and interpersonal effectiveness (communicating needs and setting boundaries). In therapy, I teach and practice these skills with clients, help them apply them to real-life situations, and support them in creating lasting behavioral change.

Christian Counseling

I use Christian therapy by integrating psychological tools with biblical principles to support healing and growth. This approach helps clients explore their struggles through both evidence-based techniques and their faith—drawing on prayer, Scripture, and a Christ-centered perspective to build meaning, strengthen identity, and guide decisions. The goal is to help people experience emotional healing while deepening their relationship with God and living in alignment with their values.
