LCSW, 4 years of experience
Hello, and welcome! I’m glad you’re taking this important step in your self-care and wellness journey. I have 14 years of experience in the field of social work. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting individuals facing a wide range of concerns—including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, parenting challenges, psychosis and end-of-life transitions. I am truly excited to meet you here. I deeply admire your courage and desire for growth and healing—just showing up is a powerful first step! I'm passionate about helping others in reaching their fullest potential, and it's an honor to walk alongside you at this point in your life. Your well-being and best interests are at the center of our work together. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, or self-discovery, I am here to support with compassion, collaboration and care. Your desire to lead a happier, more fulfilling life is truly inspiring. So—let’s get to work, shall we? I’m here for you, every step of the way.
In our first session together, we’ll begin with brief introductions and then explore the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me understand your unique needs and begin creating a tailored plan for our work together in future sessions.
As your therapist, I believe in helping you get to the root of the issues you’re facing. My goal is to educate, support, and empower you to take meaningful action and move toward the results you desire.
I love serving individuals seeking meaningful change and who are ready to engage in the work of personal growth. Whether you're navigating a life transition, processing grief, or managing anxiety or self-doubt, I’m here to support you with compassion, honesty, and a collaborative spirit.

She is great! I always leave my therapy session feeling empowered and light. Lisette is my safe place where I know I can speak on whatever I have going on in my life. I am so happy that I was able to find someone like her.
In sessions, I use CBT collaboratively — helping clients build insight into the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I often incorporate tools like thought records, behavioral experiments, and cognitive restructuring. Over time, CBT becomes not just a treatment model, but a framework clients can continue using outside therapy to navigate daily challenges more skillfully.
