Hi! As a Licensed Clinician, mental health is my passion. This is why I created my private practice, Positive Mindful Counseling, which has empathetic and dedicated clinicians, whose goal is to provide the most comfortable, evidence-based, and solution-focused counseling. I specialize in Individual, family, and Group Therapy, always focusing on progress toward clear, measurable, and personalized goals. Services are provided both in our office and via telehealth. My educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling with an active license in the state of Florida. I am also a Ph.D. candidate in the Human Services field. I have practiced psychotherapy for multiple years using empathetic skills, always finding the appropriate angle to build trust with my clients, which is necessary to achieve positive results. My passion for mental health and wellness is seen in the work I do!
