Hello! I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Florida. I completed my Masters and PMHNP education at Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for over 3 years. My focus is on helping and supporting adolescents and adults to navigate daily challenges of depression and anxiety to become the best versions of themselves. I am available daily, nights and weekends.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I believe the first session should be to develop trust, to create a space where you can openly share your thoughts, struggles and hopes. Together, we will explore coping strategies and set achievable goals. I am here to support you on your journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In addition to my years of experience as an ER nurse, I believe my easy-going personality and non-judgmental attitude have been an asset to my work.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My passion lies in helping individuals discover their inner strength and resilience. Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a guiding hand to navigate the twists and turns. Whether it’s managing anxiety, overcoming depression, or simply striving for personal growth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I assist individuals in recognizing negative thought patterns and altering beliefs that contribute to depression, anxiety, and feelings of hopelessness. Additionally, I focus on coping skills, problem-solving techniques, and encouraging enjoyable activities to enhance overall well-being.

Motivational Interviewing

I encourage clients to openly discuss their feelings about change. By helping them recognize the benefits of change, we work together to set small, achievable goals.

Compassion Focused

I create a safe and supportive environment that encourages people to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
