In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your current concerns, history, and goals, and we’ll talk about what you hope to gain from our work together. By the end of the session, we’ll identify initial focus areas and next steps to begin your treatment process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we start working toward meaningful change.
