I use an integrated approach to treatment, by adopting a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities to my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I am trained in TF-CBT and often draw from Expressive and Solution-Focused techniques as well.
