Hello there! My name is Michelle and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management and talk therapy. I believe in providing compassionate, client-focused care and collaborating with clients to help them reach their goals. I serve all kinds of clients, but am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, as I am a queer Latinx myself. Whether it be through talk therapy, lifestyle changes, or medication management, I will be supportive and work with you to help improve your overall mental wellness.
In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll start by discussing what brings you in—your symptoms, concerns, and goals for treatment. My approach is collaborative—I believe in working with you, not just for you, to support your mental health and well-being.
I specialize in clients with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. I also provide a culturally competent and inclusive perspective for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks.
I work with adults age 18-65 who deal with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, and ADHD, among other issues. I love to work with clients who are motivated for change, and I have a passion for working with underserved populations such as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals.
I offer supportive psychotherapy to help address any issues you may have.
