I love working with clients who are willing and eager to engage in learning and exploration of the self to promote growth, healing, recovery, and quality of life. Serving clients of all ages, we offer a broad platform of support to make it possible to access services in a way that is safe, gentle, and compassionate. Younger children may enjoy incorporating games and puppets into care while older youth may benefit from creative activities, exploration of media, or collaborative projects. Clients of all ages may benefit from support through bibliotherapy, hypnosis, or NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During the first session, clients will have the opportunity to share their concerns and express what they would like to achieve in therapy. We will review your health history and as time permits, engage in some assessments to support effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I love my work, and bring both compassion and passion for serving others to the therapeutic process. As such, clients tend to feel heard, honored, respected, safe, and most of all cared for. This creates a warm and nurturing environment in which clients can feel free to explore their deepest concerns and find their own personal pathway to health and wellbeing.
