Hello! I'm Lindsay and I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Indiana. I have been practicing as a PMHNP for two years, but I have worked in mental health for 10 years. I enjoy working with adults who struggle with depression and anxiety and helping them regain control of their life. **NOTE - I am unable to treat and manage ADHD or substance use through my virtual platform. I also am unable to prescribe any controlled substances.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will last between 60-90 minutes. We will talk about your medical and psychiatric history, medications you're on and ones you've taken in the past, development and social history, and then talk about your current mental health symptoms. Please make sure that you complete the intake forms sent to you by Grow PRIOR to our first appointment. This helps us to use our time wisely and ensure that we're a good fit to work together. :)

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength as a provider is my ability to listen. I understand that you're the one living in your body and current mindset. I take my role as a partner in your health very seriously and take pride in working with you to discuss options as a provider that are available and beneficial to your current state.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I'm looking to work with clients that are ready to take an active look at their mental health and work in partnership to improve their mental health.
