(she/her)
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is collaborative and grounded in balancing acceptance and change—I want you to feel understood, while also helping you build the tools to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and intention. I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different cultural backgrounds, which has shaped the way I approach therapy with openness, curiosity, and respect.
Our first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, any relevant background, and what you hope to get out of the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’ll help guide the conversation so you feel supported and not overwhelmed.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I focus on helping you make sense of patterns beneath the surface while also building practical tools you can use in your daily life. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and together we work toward greater clarity, self-trust, and the ability to respond to challenges in a more grounded and intentional way.
