As a certified Cognitive Therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach comprised of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic/Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Training. In therapy with me, you will find a safe, comfortable, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can discuss the difficulties you're experiencing and the uncomfortable feelings you're having. I am down-to-earth and interactive in therapy.
