I am a Licensed, New York–based psychotherapist who provides a warm, safe, and growth-oriented environment for you to engage in meaningful self-exploration. Together, we’ll look closely at the struggles that may be holding you back, understand the patterns influencing your well-being, and create space for healing. Through this collaborative process, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your best, most authentic self and build a stronger foundation for lasting personal growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, my goal is to learn more about you, and give you an opportunity to learn more about me. We'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore relevant personal history, and beginning to clarify your treatment goals. I encourage you to bring up any questions, concerns, or curiosities that you may have about the therapy process or our work together.

I have extensive experience in working with diverse mental health issues including anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, addiction, social anxiety, relationship struggles, and complex trauma.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We will explore the struggles you’re experiencing, work to identify underlying emotions, and address any distorted thinking patterns. When appropriate, we will also address unresolved trauma and support deeper healing while developing practical tools to help you achieve meaningful results.
