Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT isn’t a single technique, but a flexible framework that draws from many practical methods to help people identify patterns, develop new coping skills, and create meaningful change. Depending on your needs, CBT can include mindfulness practices, relaxation and grounding techniques, journaling, exposure or behavioral activation exercises, communication skill-building, or structured problem-solving. These strategies are chosen collaboratively, based on what fits your goals and personality.
