I am a compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded provider who values creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are while helping them move toward meaningful growth and healing at a pace that feels right for them. I believe every person has a unique path, and my role is to help illuminate possibilities, build on strengths, and support lasting change. In addition to my work as a therapist, I also bring experience as a veterinary social worker, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with caregiving, grief, loss, and life transitions. This background allows me to offer added compassion and support, especially for clients navigating the unique bond between humans and animals or the stress that can come with caring for a beloved pet. With a warm and collaborative style, I strive to make therapy feel approachable, respectful, and genuinely connected to each client’s needs. I bring curiosity, care, and intention to my work, and I value helping clients navigate challenges while also reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and direction. My practice, Infinite Pathways, reflects my belief that there is more than one way forward, and that healing often begins when people feel supported in discovering what works best for them.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you do not need to prepare anything in advance. Therapy, and the idea of starting therapy, can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. We can figure things out together. Just come as you are. This time is also a space for you to ask me questions and get to know me, because your comfort is a priority. I want to make sure this feels like a good fit for you and that you experience this as a safe, supportive space as we build our relationship. During our time together, we will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping to work on, and what support would feel most helpful. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, with no pressure to have everything figured out right away.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a warm, relaxed, and supportive energy to sessions so therapy feels natural and comfortable. I want clients to feel like they can show up as themselves without pressure or judgment. While I keep sessions grounded and purposeful, I also try to create a space that feels genuine, caring, and human. One of my strengths is helping clients be more patient and compassionate with themselves. Instead of getting stuck in frustration or feeling like something is wrong with them, I like to help clients slow down and understand what may be behind their emotional responses. I believe that when we better understand ourselves, we can move through life’s challenges with more grace, confidence, and self-trust. I also value helping clients build self-awareness in a way that feels encouraging rather than critical. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and more connected to who they are.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is intentional about their growth and wants to gain something meaningful from therapy. I work well with clients who are open to doing the work, even if they are not exactly sure yet where to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you have a willingness to grow, we can explore the rest together. I also welcome clients who may feel unsure about what areas they want to focus on but know that they want support, clarity, or change. I value working collaboratively and believe therapy can be a space where we uncover what is needed at your pace and in a way that feels manageable. In addition, I enjoy supporting clients as they process grief, whether that grief is connected to the loss of a loved one, human or animal, or the emotional weight that comes with caring deeply. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where clients feel supported, understood, and able to move through their experiences with care.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients make space for difficult thoughts and feelings without getting stuck in them. Together, we focus on what matters most to you and take steps that align with your values, even when life feels overwhelming. This approach can help you build more flexibility, self-awareness, and confidence in how you move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions. Sometimes the way we think about a situation can make our emotions feel heavier or our choices feel more limited. In therapy, we work together to notice unhelpful patterns and practice new ways of thinking and responding that feel more supportive,

Grief Therapy

I use grief therapy to support clients who are coping with loss in any form, whether that is the death of a loved one, a pet, or another meaningful change. Grief can show up in many ways, and there is no right way to move through it. I provide a compassionate space where clients can talk openly about their loss and learn how to carry it with care.

Trauma Informed Care

I use trauma-informed care to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and supportive. I understand that past experiences can affect how people feel, respond, and connect with others. My approach is to move at your pace, avoid pressure, and always keep your comfort and sense of safety in mind.

Psychoeducation

I use psychoeducation to help clients better understand what they are experiencing and why. Sometimes it helps to have clear information about emotions, stress, grief, or other challenges so things feel less confusing or overwhelming. I believe knowledge can be empowering, and I use this approach to help clients feel more informed and supported.
