My style is relational and my therapeutic approach incorporates both cognitive behavioral and mindfulness and acceptance based strategies. I seek to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their strengths as well as the challenges they face, while offering tangible coping skills in service of helping clients live a meaningful life.
