I am a clinical psychologist who provides clients with a warm environment to help them cope with a range of psychological challenges including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is relational and my therapeutic approach incorporates both cognitive behavioral and mindfulness and acceptance based strategies. I seek to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their strengths as well as the challenges they face, while offering tangible coping skills in service of helping clients live a meaningful life.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We will spend time getting to know each other, orienting to the process of therapy, and discussing the challenges you're facing. I will answer any questions you may have and we will collaboratively develop a plan to move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach to therapy engages humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, as well as mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches. With this approach, my clients' needs and experiences are centered as we collaboratively develop goals that are in line with clients' values.

In just two sessions Jessica has really helped me start to put together a plan for the next stage of my life. She has helped me to identify causes of stress in my life and how I can work to remove them so that I can find meaning in my life outside of work. I really appreciate the way she can get to the heart of an issue and break it down into manageable parts. I feel empowered to make positive changes in my life and look forward to my next session with her.

Jessica has help me and my family threw a lot. It’s still a work in progress. But at least this time I do see some light at the end of the tunnel. And it’s something that I don’t think I would’ve gotten through if I didn’t have her to speak with.
