My energy and creativity set me apart from others. I used evidence-based practices to guide my work. In addition to traditional talk-therapy, I take a holistic approach to therapy by incorporating all parts of the individual (mind, body, and spirit). Many find value in my holistic approach to therapy. The creative arts may also be integrated into the sessions as a form of expression to enhance the therapeutic experience.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. During the intake process, I will ask you a series of questions to understand your challenges, needs and goals.
I try my best to provide a comfortable, authentic, and non-judgmental environment. People have told me that they felt heard and understood after our sessions.
Do you feel overwhelmed by life’s constant demands or stressed by difficult relationships? If so, you matter to me. I want to see you thrive. You do not have to navigate challenges alone.
I use a biblical perspective to support people in their healing process for those who express interest. Faith based therapy is provided for individuals whose Faith is a Protective Factor.
I use DBT help clients manage their emotions and establish realistic expectations.
