I’m a Navy veteran and church ministry leader who works exclusively with men. I focus on straightforward, no-nonsense guidance rooted in Scripture, personal discipline, and real-world experience—especially with other veterans and guys who value strength, responsibility, and biblical manhood. Having served as a Gunners Mate and continued pushing through life’s physical and spiritual demands, I help men cut through the noise, own their responsibilities, and grow in faith, resilience, and purpose without the soft talk or excuses.
In our first session, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic connection, completing any necessary intake paperwork, and beginning to identify your goals for treatment moving forward.
One of my strengths is helping men cut through mental noise and get grounded in reality—what’s actually in front of them instead of what their mind keeps spinning. I don’t do soft talk or endless processing. I use clear, practical tools rooted in Scripture, discipline, and real experience to help guys refocus on their responsibilities, strengths, and purpose right now. What sets my approach apart is that it’s direct, no-nonsense, and built for men—especially veterans—who want results, not just feelings.
My ideal client is a man who’s ready to own his life—no excuses, no endless processing. He’s motivated to face reality head-on, take responsibility for his choices, and put in the work both in and outside of sessions. I work best with men, especially veterans and those who value strength, discipline, and biblical manhood, who want clear direction and real change instead of soft talk or temporary feelings of relief.
I use Christian Counseling as the foundation of every session. Scripture sets the standard for truth, identity, and responsibility—not feelings or cultural trends. I help men examine their thoughts, decisions, and struggles against God’s Word, then move them toward practical obedience, repentance where needed, and steady growth in faith and character. It’s not therapy dressed up with a few Bible verses. It’s direct, biblical counsel aimed at producing real change in how a man thinks, leads, and lives.
I use Reality Therapy to keep sessions focused on the present and on what a man can actually control. We look at current choices and behavior—not past excuses or endless analysis of feelings—and evaluate whether those choices are getting him the results he wants. From there we build clear, practical plans that put responsibility back where it belongs: on him. It’s direct, action-oriented work that cuts through mental noise and pushes men to own their decisions, meet their responsibilities, and move forward with purpose.
