I have worked in the mental health field for more than 15 years, with experience in therapy, psychological assessment, neuropsychological evaluation, substance use treatment, clinical supervision, and program leadership. My work has included both direct client care and clinical oversight, giving her a broad understanding of how mental health, cognitive functioning, behavior, and life circumstances can intersect. I have worked across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient therapy, anxiety treatment, and neuropsychological settings. I have served as a primary therapist, lead therapist, clinical director, neuropsychology fellow, and qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns. Today, I provide comprehensive evaluations for concerns related to attention, executive functioning, learning, autism, memory changes, traumatic brain injury, neurocognitive disorders, and emotional or behavioral functioning. I also offer individual therapy for clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, life stress, adjustment, substance use concerns, and other mental health needs.
You do not have to have all the answers before reaching out. Many people begin this process with confusion, worry, or a sense that they need help making sense of what is happening. The first session is a relaxed conversation about your history, concerns, goals, and what brought you in now. I will ask questions to better understand your needs and answer any questions you may have. Together, we will talk through possible next steps, which may include therapy, testing, referrals, or a more comprehensive evaluation.
My approach is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that no two people come to therapy with the exact same story. I take the time to understand each client’s history, current concerns, strengths, and goals. In therapy, I may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, DBT-informed skills, exposure and response prevention, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches. The work is guided by what fits your needs rather than by a one-size-fits-all plan.
I help teens age 16 and older, adults, and families navigate cognitive, developmental, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including memory changes, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, life stressors, executive dysfunction, and relationships. My goal is to help clients leave with more than a label. I help them better understand what is happening, what it means, and what steps may support quality of life moving forward.
I take time to understand your developmental, medical, educational, emotional, and family history in order to create an accurate clinical picture. I believe that a diagnosis is only valuable when it leads to practical next steps. My therapeutic approach is individualized, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build practical skills they can apply in their everyday lives. I strive to provide compassionate guidance that helps individuals and families understand what their feelings and experiences mean, and what steps they can take moving forward.

I am very pleased with my choice of Dr Webb. I believe her background, experience, and personality made it easy for me to open up. She has given me a clear understanding of my treatment structure, and I am honestly looking forward to addressing some occurrences in my life, which is long overdue.
