New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing individual therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and trauma-related challenges. I draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients build practical coping skills, increase emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful, values-based change. My approach is collaborative, structured, and supportive, with a focus on creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand their patterns and move toward healing and stability.
In our first session, we will spend time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, and goals so we can begin to understand what support will be most helpful for you. We will also talk about what you hope to get out of therapy and start identifying initial treatment goals. This session is collaborative and paced to your comfort level—you do not need to share everything at once. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how we might work together, as well as some initial direction for treatment. This is also a space for you to ask questions and decide if my approach feels like a good fit for you.
I bring a collaborative, grounded, and practical approach to therapy that focuses on helping clients build real, usable skills in their daily lives. My work is informed by CBT, DBT, and ACT, which allows me to tailor treatment to each person’s needs—whether that involves managing anxiety and depression, addressing substance use concerns, or processing trauma. A key strength I bring to sessions is the ability to balance support with structure. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space while also helping clients identify patterns, increase insight, and take meaningful steps toward change. I focus on teaching concrete coping strategies that clients can use outside of sessions, not just in the therapy room. I also bring experience working with complex clinical presentations, which allows me to stay steady and effective when clients are feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is to help clients feel understood while also empowering them to build resilience, flexibility, and long-term stability.
I am best positioned to serve adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and trauma-related challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves and their goals, and are seeking practical support to create meaningful change. I work well with individuals who want to better understand their patterns, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies. Clients often aim to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, navigate recovery or reduction of substance use, and process past trauma in a safe and structured way. My approach is collaborative and skills-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build insight, increase psychological flexibility, and develop tools they can apply in daily life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where adults can work toward stability, healing, and values-based living.
