(she/her)
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. My goal is to help patients gain a clear understanding of their symptoms and develop practical treatment plans that support emotional stability and daily functioning. I work collaboratively with patients to determine effective treatment options and create a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and involved in their care.
During our first session, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, and any previous treatments you may have tried. This helps me develop a clear understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms. We will also talk about your goals for treatment and review possible next steps, which may include medication management, education about your condition, and follow-up care. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of your symptoms and a plan for moving forward.
My greatest strengths are providing clear diagnostic evaluations, developing practical treatment plans, and helping patients better understand their mental health. I focus on identifying the underlying factors contributing to symptoms and creating structured plans that support emotional stability and daily functioning. I also prioritize open communication and patient education so individuals feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions.
My ideal clients are adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood instability, or trauma-related concerns and are seeking a clear understanding of what they are experiencing. Many are managing work, school, or daily responsibilities while struggling with focus, stress, or emotional overwhelm. I work well with individuals who are open to discussing their symptoms, exploring treatment options, and actively participating in developing a plan that supports their mental health and overall functioning.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

What drew me to this provider was the introduction she shared for her potential clients on her page. I felt like she described how I felt. Overwhelmed. She made me feel heard and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help me. I really appreciate that.
