Hello! My name is Linda and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience supporting clients of all ages through life's challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. My approach is compassionate, goal-oriented, and tailored to your needs. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based therapy, integrating Christian values into the healing process.
During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we'll start by getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and your goals for our work together. We'll move at your pace, focusing on what feels most comfortable to share. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
