Caitlin Campanella Dieterich is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Caitlin’s interests include working with adults and young adults 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma/single incident trauma, relationship issues, and infertility. Caitlin’s supportive approach allows clients the opportunity to examine systemic patterns in their lives that are presenting challenges. By increasing each individual’s emotional and behavioral awareness and understanding, she helps identify the root cause of distress to better understand how these patterns have affected both past and present behavior.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
Caitlin is a member of the Mental Health Professional Group of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and is dedicated to supporting individuals through their journey with infertility. By providing a safe and supportive space, she helps clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience as they navigate the challenges of infertility and assisted reproduction.
Throughout her career, she has provided counseling in private practice and at the DeSales University Counseling Center. She enjoys working with the college population, helping individuals navigate through a challenging and transitional period in life. She has also provided outpatient counseling in community-based clinics, as well as intensive outpatient group counseling for substance abuse patients. She has served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Caitlin is an associate member of the American Psychological Association.
She enjoys building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships, and providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for people looking to explore their emotions and struggles. She is most aligned with psychodynamic/insight oriented therapeutic techniques, assisting her clients by providing insight into negative patterns of thoughts, feelings, and actions.
