Hello and congratulations on taking the first step on your journey to feeling better! My name is Karen P. Reed and I have over 22 years of experience as a therapist and I strive to offer a safe, accepting space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help guide you to learn more positive coping skills and problem solving techniques. With a focus on your individual strengths and needs, goals will be developed to encourage living a more satisfying and happy life. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
Our first session will be focused on gathering a history of their current problems/concerns and beginning to develop goals for therapy.
I strive to help clients feel comfortable beginning the process of therapy. I want all clients to feel like they have a safe space to open up and share their current struggles.
I work well with individuals who are ready to begin counseling and committed to the process. I provide support for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and every day stress. I enjoy working with the anyone who is committed to showing up for therapy and putting in some effort.
