What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Together we will come up with attainable goals and objectives; we will set realistic expectations and trace a plan to get where you want to be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Sense of humor, transparency and humility. I will meet you where you are and will always keep it real!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love to work with clients who are in a transition process, either from jobs, cities, leaving behind relationships that do not serve them a purpose any longer. Overall, clients who know what they want and need to come up with a solid plan to get there while not missing the present moment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have experienced working with mild, moderate and severe mental health disorders. I have used, among other approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with clients with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and comorbid disorders.

Integrative

My experience working with diverse populations and in a variety of settings allowed me to combine more than one approach to meet my client's needs. We all have a unique experience of our human condition. What might work for me, might not work for you and vice versa. Keeping an open as a practitioner has been one of my bigger strengths.

Motivational Interviewing

Using motivational interviewing with clients struggling with addictions, impulsivity, and self-destructive behaviors can be an eye-opening experience.
