I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and I am dural certified as a Family Nurse Practioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am passionate about helping people with mental issues to identify the root causes and use the best possible means to treat the condition. I love to listen and I am non-judgemental. I am here to help my clients break down barriers that prevent healing and develop new and innovative coping strategies. Each care plan is individualized and is geared to meet the mental health needs of each individual regardless of age sex, gender, or educational background.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will start to build a therapeutic relationship. as I get to know the client and the client gets to know me. The client will outline the reason for the visit which will help me to develop a plan of care that is individualized.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the field for 20+ years and Pychiatri for 5+ years, my greatest strengths are my commitment loyalty, and my experience. These key factors provide me with a unique and well-versed skill set that you don't find in many mental health providers.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with people 18-65 who have challenges with anxiety, depression, bipolar, and other mental illnesses and are looking to get help.
