I have empathy and over 43 years working in psychiatry.
I also can do tele-health sessions for those who live too far away or prefer the privacy of their home.
First session
The first session is approximately 60-90 minutes long. I will take a detailed medical/psychiatric history as well as listen to your concerns.
Strengths
I take the time to get to know my patients. I am a solo provider and my patients will see only me. I have empathy and over 43 years working in psychiatry.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with young professionals. Patients who are willing to commit the time and energy to get well. I also have experience working with persons who are affected by trauma.

CBT and DBT are incorporated in med management at each visit
