Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques are the cornerstones of my practice, and I will tailor my interventions to meet your unique needs. I know that seeking therapy can feel scary, but know that you are making the right decision.
At out first session together, I will introduce myself, share my background, and explain my therapeutic approach. Then, we will focus on your reasons for seeking therapy, your main concerns, and any specific issues you want to address. Together, we will then create some goals that you would like to work towards in sessions.
