Hi, my name is Cami Little. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years experience in the field. I use a strengths-based approach with a collection of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I work with adults 18 and older. I have a background in outpatient healthcare, so I have a multitude of experience with different presenting problems. My professional demeanor is non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, you can expect me to ask quite a few questions to get a good idea of what's been going on and how it's been affecting you. Based upon what you share, we will develop an individualized treatment plan to capture your goals for therapy. Therapy is meant to be client-focused and driven, so we can adjust our approach at any time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having been in the field for over 8 years, I know every client has a unique story that is bringing them to see me. I provide a safe space for clients and I consider myself to be respectful, empathetic, and a good listener.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My specialties include treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, and adjustment to life’s stressors. I also have a passion in working with infertility/women's issues and those undergoing assistive reproductive technology (ART).
