In our first session together we'll get to know one another and then dive into the specific challenges that brought you to seeking support. We will then work together to decide the course of treatment to promote healing and wellness.

As an experienced therapist, I know how stress and mental health issues can impact all areas of someone's life. I also have experience working in various health settings and have seen many clients who struggle with physical ailments that impact their mental health negatively. My goal is to help people achieve balance in all areas of their lives.

I am passionate about helping those struggling with life stressors, transitions, and negative moods find new tools and strategies to improve their life. My clients have a desire to make positive changes and are open to sharing their struggles and exploring opportunities for change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been utilizing CBT to treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety and depression. I believe helping clients achieve their goals and learning new tools to manage their mental health is a priority.
