Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to hear what’s been hard, what’s been on your mind, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll talk about your story, your goals, and how I can support you. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me and the space I hold. No pressure—just a beginning.

My strength is helping clients connect the dots between their patterns, emotions, and behaviors. I’m solution-focused while still holding space for deeper emotional work.
