What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In my first meet with the client, patient should expect a thoughtful, safe, empathetic, and collaborative deep dive into their concerns. We will explore both physiologic and psychologic cause for any of their symptoms. And the end of the visit, I aim to empower every patient with better insight about their condition and collaboratively arrive at a treatment plan. Patient will expect to have options to combine psychotherapy modalities, contemporary medication and evidenced- informed supplements therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Because I am dual certified, I have had opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry , family practice as well as urgent care settings. That said, I hope to be pleasantly surprised by your condition but I can assure you I have accompanied a lot of patient like you walk the same journey. I will be a calm guide for you on your journey to mental wellness.

My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

I have developed a good sense for isolating what is important to the patient , the pain point'. And I have had considerable success working with the patients to arrive at the diagnosis and together come up with appropriate treatment modality.
