New to Grow
I work with adults who are tired of feeling stuck—in anxiety, relationships, or the same old patterns—and are ready for something different. I look at the whole picture: mind, body, habits, and environment, so you can start feeling more like yourself again, or more like the person you want to become. My approach is down-to-earth and practical. I listen for how you want to feel differently and what you want to change—then we find tools that fit your life. I'm an active therapist: I'll ask questions, offer observations, and work alongside you. My goal is to give you skills and self-compassion, not keep you in therapy forever.
Your first session with me is about listening, not diagnosing. You'll share what's hard and what you hope to change. I'll answer any questions about how I work. I strive to create a warm, down-to-earth environment—one where you can be honest without feeling judged. (Fair warning: my tortie cat may occasionally photo-bomb our video sessions.) By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer sense of whether I'm the right fit for you—no pressure to continue.
I listen closely, offer honest observations, and gently push back when I notice patterns you might not see. My clients tell me I'm easy to talk to—but also that I challenge them in ways that actually make a difference.
We'll explore how your thoughts influence your feelings and actions—and find practical ways to break unhelpful cycles.
I'll help you clarify your own reasons for change, without pressure or judgment. You're the expert on your life—I'm just here to help you find your own motivation.
We'll practice staying grounded in the present moment, so you can respond to stress with more clarity instead of reacting automatically.
We'll focus on where you want to go, not just where you've been. I'll help you identify what's already working and build on your strengths.
We'll work on accepting what's outside your control while taking action toward what matters most to you.
