I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I believe that you are the expert in your life and I am here to facilitate you through the process of overcoming the challenges you are facing. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, anger, and stress. My background is in neuroscience, and I have always held an interest with understanding the human mind. A career in counseling allows me to directly impact those in need.
During the first session, we are building rapport. This is my opportunity to learn about who you are and the challenges you are facing. I gather the information shared, and we create a treatment plan with the goals you have identified.
