Each age and stage of life brings new challenges and it doesn't come with a manual. My goal is to help clients navigate these transitions and challenges in the best way possible. I have spent 12 years working with children and families in a school setting and have seen the way family struggles impact the individual. My particular strengths are communication difficulties, relationship struggles, parenting and attachment needs. I am a practitioner of TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) and practice human-informed care. I believe that strengthening our healthy relationships and connections can help improve our quality of life.
People are truly my passion. My goal is for all of my interactions to leave people feeling seen, heard and valued. In our busy lives, it has become so easy to rush passed each other without really engaging with each other. I want to make sure that you have the opportunity to connect with someone who is going to take the time to genuinely listen and respond. I would be honored for you to trust in me and to hear your story.
I use Eclectic Therapy techniques, including person-centered, attachment-based and therapeutic coaching.
I am an attachment-aware, trauma-informed and relationship-focused social worker. My particular strengths are communication difficulties, relationship struggles, parenting and attachment needs.
