Each age and stage of life brings new challenges and it doesn't come with a manual. My goal is to help clients navigate these transitions and challenges in the best way possible. I have spent 12 years working with children and families in a school setting and have seen the way family struggles impact the individual. My particular strengths are communication difficulties, relationship struggles, parenting and attachment needs. I am a practitioner of TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) and practice human-informed care. I believe that strengthening our healthy relationships and connections can help improve our quality of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will get to know each other and I will ask you what you would like help working on. I will never ask a client to schedule a second session on the spot because I want you to consider if you feel like this relationship is a good fit for you.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use Eclectic Therapy techniques, including person-centered, attachment-based and therapeutic coaching.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am an attachment-aware, trauma-informed and relationship-focused social worker. My particular strengths are communication difficulties, relationship struggles, parenting and attachment needs.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe that you are the expert on yourself. Sometimes you need someone to help provide feedback and insight that you haven't considered before. I am happy to be that person for you .
