Each age and stage of life brings new challenges and it doesn't come with a manual. My goal is to help clients navigate these transitions and challenges in the best way possible. I have spent 12 years working with children and families in a school setting and have seen the way family struggles impact the individual. My particular strengths are communication difficulties, relationship struggles, parenting and attachment needs. I am a practitioner of TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) and practice human-informed care. I believe that strengthening our healthy relationships and connections can help improve our quality of life.
We will get to know each other and I will ask you what you would like help working on. I will never ask a client to schedule a second session on the spot because I want you to consider if you feel like this relationship is a good fit for you.
I use Eclectic Therapy techniques, including person-centered, attachment-based and therapeutic coaching.

Kirsten is an extraordinary human, and I am so grateful to have found her. She makes me feel like I can face the world no matter what challenges or circumstances I am going through. Very first visit was today and automatically I felt connected and felt that's where I needed to be for therapy I am looking to reschedule the second in more appointments because she's very authentic very down to earth I definitely would recommend seeing her!
