New to Grow
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with over eight years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based approach, I support you in understanding patterns, managing stress, and building skills that lead to real, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear in your day-to-day life. Our work together is collaborative, guided by your voice, values, and lived experiences. You will be met with a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental environment that creates room to explore challenges while also identifying and building on your strengths. Growth in therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about building on what is already within you while learning new ways to navigate difficult moments.
The first session is a space to begin building that foundation. We will talk through what brings you to therapy, explore your history and current concerns, and clarify what you would like to work toward. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for the process, helping you decide whether this space feels supportive and aligned with your needs.
My greatest strength in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and work-life balance challenges is my ability to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I combine practical, evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, strengths-focused approach to help clients build effective coping skills and regain a sense of control and clarity. I am particularly skilled at helping clients navigate stress, set healthy boundaries, and develop sustainable habits that support both emotional well-being and personal fulfillment.
I work with adolescent teens and adults, including young professionals and couples, who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are balancing demanding careers, life transitions, and personal responsibilities, and may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you are experiencing communication breakdowns, unresolved conflict, or difficulty managing the pressures of daily life, I provide a supportive space to help you gain clarity and direction. I am best suited for clients who are motivated to better understand themselves, develop emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I often connect with thoughtful, self-aware individuals who want a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they can process their experiences openly. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered as you gain insight, strengthen your coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and intention.
