Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I collaborate with motivated individuals on building the tools they need to navigate life’s transitions with confidence and embrace a future filled with well-being and purpose. My approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, valued, and respected. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply want to build a happier life, I’m here to provide the tools and support you need to thrive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we'll start with brief introductions, and then I will invite you to share the specific challenges you're facing. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to explore your goals, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies to create positive change through our follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with empathy and understanding. With a deep belief in the power of human connection, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am passionate about supporting others gain a deeper understanding of themselves and thrive in the areas of their lives that they feel are suffering.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with adults navigating life transitions, developing a sense of who they want to be and the life they want to live. My clients are motivated and willing, but may need support and encouragement navigating the path before them.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

My approach integrates various treatment methods and theoretical models all framed within a humanistic, person centered, and strength based framework. I work collaboratively with people to develop an individualized treatment plan, frequently including an eclectic mix of treatment methods such as CBT, Mindfulness/Acceptance based techniques (including ACT and DBT), and somatic strategies.

Humanistic

I believe in meeting people where they are at, and taking a whole person approach, and applying all strategies and theoretical models within the context of the person I am supporting.
