My name is Rachel Francis and I have been a behavioral health professional for over 25 years. I have successfully worked as a professional therapist for agencies to include 3AM Counseling Services, Children and Families Services, the US Military (both Army and Airforce), Hospice Care, and Hospital In-Patient Units. I use a client-centered approach to reduce patient symptomology from mental health issues like Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief and Loss, and Life Transitions. My patients have expressed that one of the benefits of a virtual platform is that it reduces access barriers to healing. The Initial Session is conducted as a consult. I will collect information and begin to build rapport to understand your individual life challenges. We will set both Long Term and Short Term goals to achieve the results that you hope for.
I utilize a combination of CBT, Mindfulness, DBT and Strengths Perspective Therapies.
