I am a therapist who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach that prioritizes your lived experience and personal goals. I aim to provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we work toward building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change that fits your life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 5 years of experience, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, as well as families and couples. These experiences have strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from treatment. This is also a space for you to ask question, share at your own pace, and decide if you feel like this is a good fit for your needs. We will begin identifying goals and discuss what a supportive plan for therapy may look like moving forward.
