With a passion for holistic well-being and two decades of experience in the field of mental health, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I use a range of therapeutic modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to EMDR and other body centered therapies. Sessions will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
In our first session we'll explore the challenges you're facing, discuss relevant history, and come up with a treatment plan for our work together.
I have many therapeutic tools from years of experience that can help guide you but at the root of them all is an ability to listen deeply with presence and emotional grounding - essential for connection and change.
