Hi there! My name Anna Cardoso and I am here to help you on your journey. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Coach, and a Reiki Master. I truly believe we all have the power to heal ourselves and it is my mission to share with you alternative methods to help you on your path. I like to think of it as finding your way back home to yourself and I am here to help you remember how. I fell in love with yoga and energy work in search for healing for my chronic pain and past trauma. Healing comes from the inside out and we first have to begin with ourselves. I help people understand and ground their energy to shift themselves into a more abundant life flow. Including balanced overall health, stability, and having more abundant relationships. I will teach you the tools, knowledge, and support needed to overcome the challenges of balancing your life and growing a vision you are passionate about. By aligning your energy, embracing your unique strengths, and implementing effective strategies, you will experience growth in health, life, and your relationshipsand find the energetic empowerment necessary to create a thriving and fulfilling life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions

My background and speciality is women and trauma. I previously worked in the women’s correctional system and juvenile detention center where I integrated my approach to assist in managing trauma symptoms.
