First session
Our first session will be focused on getting to know you and your needs. You and I will work together to identify how best to meet your mental health needs. You will participate actively in the creation of a plan of care that is suitable and made only for your own mental health needs. Your plan of care will be based on evidenced-based-care practices.

Ideal clients
I am best positioned to provide individual therapy with support therapy while managing medications for clients. Support will be provided for all clients in assisting them to manage their psychaitric disorders and help them navigate through their disorders. For clients who are also receiving psychotherapy from other providers, support therapy will still be available. For those who are not under the care of therapists, more supportive care will be included in their plan of care. All my clients will be supported in their journey for better mental health.

Supportive
I use supportive and psychoeducation methods in combination with medication management to provide psychiatric care for my patients. I support and empower my patients. I encourage them to focus on their strengths while actively participating in their mental health wellbeing. My patients are provided detailed education about their psychiatric disorders, signs and symptoms, diagnoses, treatment methods and options that are available including alternative methods. I teach them about their medications, actions, benefits, and side effects. I teach my patients about coping skills and how to set realistic achievable goals.
