I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Massachusetts. I received my Master’s from Rivier University, Nashua New Hampshire. I mainly focus on assessment, counseling, psychopharmacology, and management of the psychiatric disease processes including Substance use disorders, in Adolescents and adults suffering from Anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, Depression, ADHD, Substance abuse, and Insomnia. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first encounter will take about one hour and together we will begin by introducing ourselves to each other, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will talk about a wide range of things about the different aspects of your life while putting more emphasis on your presenting symptoms. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
