Life is often challenging and can be overwhelming. A good therapist can ease these challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth. I am a therapist with twenty years experience and expertise in child, adolescent and adult therapy. I earned a bachelor's degree with honors from University of California, Davis and a Master's from Smith College School for Social Work.
Our first session I will build the trust that is the foundation for all work in therapy.
Over the years my clients have benefitted from my supportive nature, my deep roots in psychodynamic therapy, my ability to help clients overcome obstacles and live their best lives.
I help those having problems in their relationships or with issues with family members. I help individuals with ADHD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and those struggling with anxiety and depression. My approach employs proven therapies that restore a person's equanimity and open up positive pathways for healing and growth.
