In 2019, earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at Tyler. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in 2003. I believe that through self-awareness and looking at our emotional wounds, we can find the identity and purpose we all long for in our lives. I would love to help you journey through facing your fears, forgiveness, and finding your heart. I specialize in men's emotional issues, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and childhood trauma. This is a judgment-free zone, and I would love to walk with you as you start your journey toward healing.
In our first session, we will see if we are a good fit together, and talk about the reasons you are seeking help. This is a low-pressure opportunity to see if you are comfortable with opening up.
It is important for you to feel connected with your therapist, and for you to go at your own pace with healing. Therapy is for you, and you should go at the pace in which you feel comfortable.
