Hi! I'm a doctoral prepared, board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, seeing patients in Arizona, Montana, and Georgia. I received my doctorate and Master's from Walden University. I help children (at lea, teenagers, young adults, and older adults struggling with mental health issues become the best versions of themselves.

Having worked with clients across the lifespan, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the most complex parts, so congratulations on taking that step!

First session

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship with your me. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Together, we’ll talk about what brought you, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to work toward. You’ll have space to ask questions, share your concerns, and get a sense of whether therapy/ medication(s) feels like the right fit for you. By the end of the first session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of the session process, identify some initial goals, and begin developing practical steps toward greater emotional well-being. Most importantly, you’ll have a safe, supportive space to begin your journey—at your own pace.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes in their life, but may be struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed. They may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, have difficulty setting boundaries, or struggle to manage difficult emotions. They’re looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, develop healthier coping skills, and gain greater clarity. Their mindset is open and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. Their goals may include improving emotional well-being, building self-confidence, strengthening relationships, managing stress or anxiety, developing healthier boundaries, and creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In talk therapy, I can help you understand yourself better and work on making significant changes. When medications are recommended, I combine traditional psychiatric approaches with integrative approaches like psychotherapy and healthy lifestyle habits.
