Hey there, I’m Tiffany and I’ve been working in the psychology field since 2011. After earning my undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of individuals — including children, teens, adults, couples, veterans, families, and those impacted by the justice system or experiencing homelessness. My top priorities in therapy are making sure my clients feel supported, understood, and safe.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and respected. During the first session, I work alongside you to identify goals, areas of focus, and best ways to support you through your therapy journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have served a wide variety of people coming from various backgrounds and situations. Therapy can be a vulnerable experience, but trust me when I say there isn't much I haven't heard or helped a client with before. I aim to provide an accepting and non judgmental environment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults and teens who are navigating challenging and sometimes overwhelming life situations. Many of my clients are working through self esteem issues, relationship stressors, life transitions, and family dynamics. It is easy to appear like you "have it all together" yet feel stuck, anxious, or unsure internally. I believe that creating a strong foundation within yourself as early as possible can save you from unproductive or harmful patterns later.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I use EMDR to help clients process and reframe distressing memories by targeting how those experiences are stored in the brain, allowing them to feel less emotionally triggered over time.

Narrative

I use narrative therapy to help clients separate themselves from their problems and explore the stories they’ve internalized, creating space for new, more empowering perspectives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to distress and problematic behavioral cycles.
