New to Grow
"This is going to sound crazy.. " is one of my favorite statements to hear in therapy. Your thoughts and feelings aren't ‘bad’ or ‘crazy’—they're signals that can help us understand what's happening beneath the surface. My goal is to help you make sense of what you're feeling, and develop effective tools for managing emotions and navigating life's challenges. I am here to help you build greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, improve self-esteem, and create lasting, meaningful change in the areas of life that matter most to you.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and respected. During the first session, I work alongside you to identify goals, areas of focus, and best ways to support you through your therapy journey.
I have served a wide variety of people coming from various backgrounds and situations. Therapy can be a vulnerable experience, but trust me when I say there isn't much I haven't heard or helped a client with before. I aim to provide an accepting and non judgmental environment.
I enjoy working with adults and teens who are navigating challenging and sometimes overwhelming life situations. Many of my clients are working through self esteem issues, relationship stressors, life transitions, and family dynamics. It is easy to appear like you "have it all together" yet feel stuck, anxious, or unsure internally. I believe that creating a strong foundation within yourself as early as possible can save you from unproductive or harmful patterns later.
Other specialties
I identify as
EMDR
I use EMDR to help clients process and reframe distressing memories by targeting how those experiences are stored in the brain, allowing them to feel less emotionally triggered over time.
Narrative
I use narrative therapy to help clients separate themselves from their problems and explore the stories they’ve internalized, creating space for new, more empowering perspectives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to distress and problematic behavioral cycles.
