I specialize on Couples Counseling, anxiety, trauma and depression. I am Bilingual in English and Spanish. Being a therapist is my calling and my passion. My mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you will feel comfortable working on your overall well-being. I will help you explore, identify and achieve goals that will improve your quality of life. I work with adults, couples, teenagers and children. I work with individuals and I am a Couples Counselor. I am a warm, empathetic, non-judgemental therapist. I am certified in EMDR.

First session
In our first session together, we will get to know each other, you will be able to ask me questions and then we will dive into the challenges you are facing at this point and your current goals and objectives. I will be by your side guiding you through the process in a compassionate and professional manner.

My strongest areas of expertise are Couples Counselling, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and teenagers and children challenges ranging from fear, adjusting challenges, low self-esteem and lack of motivation Main models that I work with are CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and I am certified in EMDR.

Treatment methods

I use this treatment in my sessions targeting traumatic events. This is practiced by bilaterally stimulating the brain, Clients heal from trauma way faster than from other therapeutic models.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
